MatrixXYZ is a reseller and integration partner for GNSS positioning and correction products manufactured by third parties including Hemisphere GNSS, SATEL, and Antcom. The Site provides product information, specifications, and a mechanism to request quotes. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract of sale. All sales are subject to a separate written agreement.
3. Product Information and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product specifications, descriptions, and availability information on the Site are accurate. The MatrixXYZ name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of MatrixXYZ. Product names, images, and datasheets displayed on this Site remain the property of their respective manufacturers (Hemisphere GNSS, SATEL, Antcom). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site contains links to manufacturer websites and may display content sourced from those sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement beyond our existing reseller relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatrixXYZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information contained herein, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed CAD $100.
